One thing we often hear when listening to people speak about their career choices is that they want to do something meaningful. They want their lives to count. Well, sometimes working behind the scenes is an amazing way to find meaning as you help someone else be successful! Office administrators and people who can work efficiently are in great demand these days with some of our senior staff. Often in ministry we are called to be generalists, but seldom are people-orientated-ministry-people very effective at being generalists. They tend to use up all their energy doing basic admin things, like trying to make a computer program work or balancing their books.
Are you looking for an adventure in a foreign land? Do you have basic or advanced administrative skills? Would you consider one to two years of helping get some of our key ministry leaders organized?
